REMOVAL: Removal immediately following sale, then 9:00AM – 4:00PM Sunday 10/28/12,  9:00AM – 12:00 Monday, 10/29/12 ONLY.  Proper insurance must be provided as outlined in the auction catalog before any forklifts or power tools will be allowed.  NO EXEPTIONS.  Riggers are recommended to submit insurance documents prior to sale. 

 NO WARRANTIES: Everything in this auction sale is sold ‚ÄúAS IS, WHERE IS and WITHOUT RECOURSE.  There are no warranties, guarantees or representations of any kind or variety, whether expressed, implied or otherwise given.  Some items may be subject to prior sale and removal.

PAYMENT:ALL PURCHASES MUST BE PAID IN FULL ON THE DAY OF THE AUCTION.  All purchases subject to a 15% buyer’s premium.  Payment may be made by cash, certified funds, ACH or wire transfer (instructions on invoice).  MasterCard and Visa accepted up to $5,000.  Company checks will be accepted only if accompanied by a letter from the issuing bank that reads:  (Bank Name) unconditionally guarantees payment to Blackbird Asset Services, LLC from (Purchasers Name) on account number ______ up to the amount of $________.  This guarantee will be valid for purchases made at the AVR Electric Auction on October 27th, 2012.
